Halloween

Yesterday we went with our friendly neighbors down to the McKinney Square (its the old part of town) and walked around.  They had a 'Scare on the Square' and shut down all traffic on the square to let the kids run around and play and trick or treat from store to store.  It was not as much fun as we thought it was going to be.  We didn't realize the amount of people that would be there, it was out of control.  So we left early and went and got dinner instead which was much more enjoyable.  But before we left I snapped a few shots.

sundays.

Sundays are pretty lazy days for us.  We lay around in our PJ's, well I do and so do the boys, Jerry usually makes it to the shower and closet in the morning.  This has been our Sunday so far...

We will be carving pumpkins later this afternoon so stay tuned for some of those photos in the morning.

fall leaves.

Hutson picked some fantastic fall leaves yesterday.  Texas doesn't have much of a fall and pretty much the leaves go straight from green to dead, but we have a couple of gorgeous blazing maple trees that are providing our color this fall.

argh.

not sure why the last post didn't put all the picture on there... so here it is again.

new software

Here is our gorgeous little neighbor...  I have been trying out some new software for photography to see if I want to buy it.  Its very addicting- I think I spent about 3 hours last night playing with it.

getting mama's attention

Hutson doesn't so much like it when I am not paying attention to him but holding Wheeler instead.  His new thing is to climb in the baby swing and the pack and play.  This was today when I was feeding Wheeler.

Painting

So yesterday I finally decided to paint the powder bathroom which I have been wanting to do for months.  I picked out and bought the paint, I prepped the whole thing and I started painting while Jerry was watching football and both boys were sleeping.  I figured I should be able to get most of it down without being distracted.  Jerry decided that he wanted to come and help out- I think he was feeling lazy.  This was what happened when Jerry took over the project.

hello.

Ok the last two posts haven't been pictures of the boys so I thought it was time I posted some more.  Hutson started a new Mothers day out program at the church this week.  The first day was a little rough, but today they said he did awesome.  He came home pooped out and ready for a good nap.  yea!

Here is one of my favorite pictures of Hutson from sometime ago... I have brought it back now digitally remastered as they say.

And here is the Squeeler... Ok so we probably shouldn't call him that, but it rhymes so nicely with Wheeler, so thats what he gets called right now.

Hot Water

Oh how I wish I didn't have to leave the water running for 10 minutes to get hot water in the kitchen.  argh.

Barn

Just kind of liked this barn, or shack or whatever you want to call it.

Costumes

Just a few shots from the Dallas Arboretum.  Evee is broccoli and Wheeler is an ear of corn- just in case you were wondering.

Hutson and Lily had a great time wandering around in their costumes.  Hutson took off running everywhere, but it was so cute to see this little dinosaur wandering around everywhere.

Pumpkins

Just a few pics from the Dallas Arboretum.  We went a couple of weekends ago with the whole family- we wanted pictures of all the kids with the pumpkins.  I will slowly be posting some more of the pictures throughout the month.  Stay tuned for the pictures of all the babies in their halloween costumes!

4 Wheelin'

Our neighbors recently got a cool little 4 wheeler for their daughter Lily- and now we have to get one too.  They came over yesterday for dinner and Lily rode it over, and Hutson is now obsessed.  Here are a few pics of Lily helping Hutson go for a ride.  Oh and when it was time to come inside Hutson threw the biggest fit I have yet to see him throw.
