A Day of Firsts

The last 24 hours there has been a lot of firsts that have happened around here.  Hutson spent his first night in his big boy bed- he was growing to fast to keep in the toddler bed.

Wheeler laid in his crib for the first time- we moved Hutson's little mattress to Wheelie's crib.

Wheeler cut his first tooth!  yea!  After many sleepless nights we knew it was coming soon.  Oh, and if I haven't mentioned it yet, he is a crawling machine!


I think his head looks abnormally large in this picture.  I'm not sure how his little body keeps it up.

I love the Michael Jordan tongue and his steely determination to make it across the floor.

He has another tooth that should pop through any day, maybe he will wait till his Grammy and Papa arrive from Cali.  Jerry's parents will be with us on Wednesday night, and their arrival is highly anticipated around the house.  Hutson keeps picking up his phone and dialing Grammy, and Jerry has a few projects he needs Jerry Sr.'s help to complete, or start and complete, however you want to look at it.  I can't wait for my scrabble buddy, Donna, to get here so we can go a few rounds.  Lots of chocolate chip cookies and ice cream will be eaten and the TV will be on DIY or NCAA hoops the whole time.  We are very excited!
